Material of PTFE Sewing Thread:

Polytetrafluoroethylene resin, a unique substance, is the only ingredient in PTFE sewing thread. This material has many exceptional qualities, such as resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures (-196 to 260°C).

100% PTFE resin from Dupont or Dakin.

3.The single strand of this product is manufactured by the extruding process, with circular diameter, uniform and full trace, small shrinkage, stable elongation, and large continuous length(the maximum weight specification of 1350dtex conventional line is 1200g/spool and continuous length is 8150m), which is suitable for high-speed sewing machines.  In addition, in order to enhance the fastness of stitching, 1650dtex(1500D), 2000dtex(1800D), 2250dtex(2000D) 2650dtex(2400D), 3350dtex(3000D), for bag top, bag bottom and other special specifications are equipped.
