NETTtex® produces aramid high-temperature resistant needle-punched filter felts by using premium aramid fibers as raw materials, adhering to international advanced standards, and utilizing state-of-the-art production equipment.  After singeing and calendering, the aramid fiber filter material is mixed with the base cloth layer and the surface layer by multiple needle punchings. The entire mixture is then impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and its surface is sintered at a high temperature to create a dense protective membrane.  hence significantly raising the filter material's overall performance.
